Apart from providing the necessary airflow and shade in a facade without sacrificing style or design, one of the greatest differentiators when it comes to metal perforation is the possibility of making any graphic design, image or pattern on the panels.
At Astyl we have 3 perforated metal ranges that have different characteristics:
Puncto
It is characterized by the repetition of diverse figures with possibilities of circular, triangular, square, rectangular patterns or some specific form that is repetitive. This product range is the one with the lowest cost due to the efficiency of manufacturing repetitive parts “in series”.
Perfort-art
Creates images or graphic designs using specialized software; any JPG image or graphic design can be made in this perforated product range. This product range is characterized by facades with UNIQUE pieces, where an installation is required according to plans or a map of pieces with their respective sequence to be able to capture the desired image.
Lasion
Freedom in shape and design. It is recommended for projects where there are organic patterns with different figures or special shapes. Laser Cut has no limits in perforation, neither in shape nor in design, its name says it all.
Mix
With our new machinery, we can offer a mix of Puncto, Perfor-Art, and Lasion in a single product if the design requires it. This option also becomes very useful when we have a logo that we want to incorporate on the facade.
